In 1997 I put together various existing texts in a small book – ‘Revolutionary times, revolutionary lives’  These were all personal accounts of people from Southern Africa that I had met over the previous few years.
At that time I was a member of The Workers International, a small group of people that had mostly come  from the old Workers Revolutionary Party that exploded into many factions in 1985 when its long time leader, Gerry Healy, was expelled for the sexual abuse of women comrades.
The book contains some comments by me that I would no longer agree with but I hope people will not bother too much with that and instead benefit from reading the experiences of these militants from southern Africa.
